Our story
15 years of getting marketing to actually work.
The Marketing Portal was founded by Jamie Clarke, who's been running marketing and web projects for service businesses since 2009 - over 15 years now. A Keap Certified Partner and past DigitalMarketer Partner, he'd seen too many good businesses burned by agencies that took the money and delivered noise.
So he built the Portal to do it differently - strategy first, plain English, and marketing built to last. We're small on purpose. When you work with us, you deal with people who genuinely care, not an account manager reading from a script.

I've spent years working with service businesses - trades, coaches, consultants, professional services - and the same thing comes up every time. Someone who's brilliant at their actual job, stuck with marketing that undersells them.
Not because they were bad at it. Because nobody had ever shown them the order things need to happen in. That's the whole reason the Portal exists - to make marketing make sense, then actually get it done with you.
When I'm not banging on about marketing I'm a Manchester United fan, so I know exactly what it's like watching something with loads of potential underperform for years. The difference is, your marketing's fixable.
